I just remembered that a couple of years ago, during my day job as a web developer, I worked on a web site for a food company dedicated to sustainable food production. The site was http://www.ethicalfoods.co.uk/ and they're still going strong. I got to try some of their food and it was absolutely divine, a real testament to the values of quality ingredients from quality farms creating tremendous food.
Granted, it's a bit pricier than shopping at ASDA but that's not the point. You're paying for quality and for their values and you get top notch produce for your money. So just thought I'd give them a little help and give any one reading this a pointer as to where to get great food that's ethically produced if that's something you're interested in.
